If gun control doesn’t work, how come grenade control does? There are no mass killings with grenades on a daily basis.

I don’t understand all the hoopla. Yes, the attack in California (as well as all the others in America) was horrible. But what did Americans expect when they elected a guy named Barack Hussein Obama as president?

When will Obama get in gear and blame the California mass shooting on a parody video? He sure seems to be getting slower at his pin-the-blame response time.

Whether your family member is killed by a radical Islamist in California or a radical Christian in Colorado, they are just as dead. The media are full of rhetoric on how to deal with radical Islamists, but what are we doing to combat the equal threat posed by radical Christians?

When was the last time you heard of a liberal being the shooter in a massacre?

The term “liberalism” once meant “tolerant,” especially of others’ beliefs. Now it seems to mean the opposite.

Allowing concealed guns on Kansas college campuses will motivate the instructors to give an A to any student complaining about his grades.

School, and especially college, should prepare you for life. Didn’t complete your work? Too bad. Didn’t follow directions? Too bad. Disagree with something somebody says? Tremendous. Refute it intelligently and stop whining. You parents must stop coddling these kids. Let (make) them grow up.

Culture has taught college students that any time their feelings are hurt, they are victims. Anyone expressing a point of view contrary to theirs is a hater, bigot or racist. They claim to want diversity on campuses, but not diversity of thought.

Don’t kid yourself. The only reason Democrats care about Syrian refugees is that they represent future Democrat voters.

The GOP wants the U.S. to be a strong world power, yet trashes our global image by not supporting our president. This will become even more evident to the global community because of the Paris summit on climate change. It’s not Obama who gets trashed, it’s our country.

The dumbing down of Kansas is working. We keep electing those who do not have our best interest in mind. Like an addiction, it’s bad for us but we can’t help ourselves. The fear feels so good.

The very vocal and small bicycle lobby in Wichita has too much power with the city officials. Stop wasting money on these bicycle lanes with all the signs, etc.

My daughter and I saw an Emirates flight attendant in a Dallas hotel. Their dress is over the top. It took me back to a time when flying was an event and not a cattle call.
