AFP against public, businesses on Medicaid expansion

Kansans favor Medicaid expansion (62 percent support in the latest Kansas Speaks survey from Fort Hays State University). Hospitals support it. So do many other businesses (70 percent support in a Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce membership survey). But the Koch-backed group Americans for Prosperity opposes it and vowed to hold accountable any lawmaker who votes for expansion. Whom will lawmakers represent? – Phillip Brownlee
