High standard for recalling elected officials
It was not surprising that District Attorney Marc Bennett determined there were not legal grounds for recalling Sedgwick County Commission Chairman Richard Ranzau. The recall petitioners object to recent commission decisions related to public health. Those upset at Ranzau and other commissioners should direct their frustration toward future elections. – Phillip Brownlee
