I can’t count the times I’ve heard or read “unarmed black teenager” recently. Does that mean that if Michael Brown had been armed, it would have been a fair fight and Darren Wilson would have been justified? Come on. This is not 1870 and Ferguson is not Dodge City.

To the woman and her daughter who waved off the security guard at Target recently when the alarm went off as they walked out the door: This isn’t Ferguson and we don’t shop that way here.

Believe the Republicans next time when they say, “This is bigger than Benghazi,” because Benghazi amounted to nothing.

What portion of the $380 million per year paid to the “ghost soldiers” of the Iraqi army is being paid by the USA? Multiple-choice answers: some, most or all. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to select the correct answer.

Because Obama has cut the military to the bone, my son is working 12-hour days six days a week and won’t be coming home for Thanksgiving or Christmas. It’s hard not to hate the guy, he is so anti-American.

I read some geniuses recently elected to legislative office in Washington, D.C., want government funding to design, develop and test newer nuclear hydrogen atomic bombs. That song chorus line is: “Whoopee – we’re all gonna die.”

So, over the Black Friday weekend it was reported that President Obama went shopping and bought the Joseph Conrad book “Heart of Darkness.” Can anyone be surprised at that?

Calling Kris Kobach a part-time immigration attorney is kind to him, in that his office of secretary of state seems to be part time.

Gov. Sam Brownback said he did not know before the election that the state would hit a shortfall this fiscal year. If so, he should fire his employees who knew and did not let him know. Too late to fire him. We already gave him four more years.

Those on the left only care about women, racism or anything else in so much as it helps their partisan politics.

How small, internally vacuous and devoid of humanity do you have to be to want to deny children access to breakfast at school? It’s said that misery loves company. Maybe that’s where the truth lies. A miserable person wants everyone else to be miserable, too.

Thanks to the genius at Cabela’s for hiring the DJ on Black Friday. I appreciated being awakened at 4 a.m. on my day off to his blaring vocals and music. And I live three miles away. Since I couldn’t sleep, I went to Gander Mountain for some great deals.
