The student in South Carolina who was “assaulted” by a school resource officer obviously has a problem with authority. All she had to do was do what the officer told her to do. She made the decision to refuse to obey an order from the officer. She deserved what she got.
Lenard Pitts is the pits.
Pitts cherry-picks the information he passes on to readers and perpetuates racism. The Eagle needs to drop his column. His commentary is a constant stream of irresponsible, agenda-driven misinformation – nothing but.
Do those readers who continually rail against Pitts’ column not read anything that counters their particular belief? Maybe that explains why we have a governor with an 18 percent approval rating.
I am so sick of hearing people whine about Pitts’ column. It runs only on Monday, in the smallest newspaper of the week. You have your right-wing conservative commentators several other times per week. If you don’t like Pitts’ column, just don’t read it.
So, if you criticize the police then they have a right to not do their job? In what world do police live? Uphold the Constitution, why don’t they? People have a right to criticize you. If you don’t want to do your job for that, then get a different job.
Plenty of money for NFL teams to play in London, not enough to feed the hungry? Priorities.
Could the Fox Network have been any more pro-New York Mets? Listening to Joe Buck and Alex Rodriguez was like pulling teeth.
I will never support a retailer that yells and screams at me on my TV.
Modesty in regard to how she dresses in public is, I believe, one of the sexiest qualities there is in a woman. It truly does speak volumes about her character.
