One good way to get rid of a small neighborhood library is to underfund it, then claim that it just isn’t feasible to keep it open. Forget those who may use the library to read periodicals or use the computers. Just use the number of books checked out as the singular gauge.
I love the Big Ditch flyover at 13th Street. It saves a lot of time. But why did they have to put those huge bumps where sections meet? For $35 million, couldn’t they make it a smooth road for at least a couple of months?

Instead of spending millions of dollars to get a ball through a basket, all colleges in America should be working for a solution to the absence of fathers in families. This is the main cause of poverty, poor performance in school, gangs and crime.
