If a tree falls in the forest and Fox News isn’t there to cover it, is it still Obama’s fault?

The success of “Dumb and Dumber To” shows that stupidity pays. The same apparently applies to government consultants.

Obama said “pass a bill.” Here are a couple of options: censure or impeachment.

We will never have effective illegal immigration control as long as Republicans get the cheap labor and Democrats are afraid of the opinion of their voter base.

It’s all about which party can get the future Latino vote. Obama had to get it for the Democrats before the Republicans take over in January.

I’m an old white guy who just has to compliment President Obama on his unwavering courage in the face of constant attacks by the right-wingers.

Now that 191,000 business owners have not paid a nickel in state income tax since 2012, it has become much more difficult to determine exactly who are the makers and who are the takers.

Exempting 191,000 business owners from Kansas individual income tax was for creating new jobs, not finishing their basements or taking international vacations. The exemption needs to repealed and replaced with a tax credit if a new job is created.

The state could divert highway funds to cover revenue shortfalls? Really? So we don’t have enough substandard bridges and pavement to justify our fuel taxes?

Gay marriage is legal. Deal with it.

Ah, Kansas. We have liquor, gambling, conceal and carry, abortion and now gay marriage. Why don’t we get it finished and legalize prostitution?

God created heterosexuals. God created homosexuals. God gave them both sexual tools and desires. The sin is sex outside marriage. You would think all those people so concerned about others’ sins would celebrate gay and lesbian marriage as redemption for those they seem to despise.

Ministers of the churches performing gay marriage ceremonies: Did you skip over that part of the Bible? God’s word does not change. Shame, shame.

If you have the gall to shop on what should be a holiday for all, don’t say, “Have a happy Thanksgiving.” You are the reason it’s not happy or a holiday, by justifying our lousy employers’ demands that we work that day.
