It’s time for everyone to see that no matter whom we vote for, we lose. It’s time to start over. Would somebody please flip over the Monopoly board so we can start fresh? It’s time.

As a left-leaning independent, I can think of nothing more exciting than to ruin Paul Ryan’s political career by making him speaker of this House.
So how much money have the Republicans thrown away on “investigations” of Planned Parenthood and Benghazi? Will the American taxpayer be refunded for all the millions squandered just to throw dirt?
So the White House is not open to concessions on the budget, but if the government shuts down it will be the Republicans’ fault, not his. Please tell me why.
Hey, liberals – you always say, “Don’t like abortion? Don’t get one.” So, you don’t like guns? Don’t get one. Don’t like religion? Don’t get involved in one. But stop trying to stomp on the freedoms of everyone else. I suggest you try reading the Constitution sometime.
I love it when the Republicans blame all insurance cost increases on Obamacare when, in fact, the increases are just a result of greed by the Republican-owned insurance companies knowing they can blame it all on Obamacare.
I can’t see the Christian way in this country – the anti-poor, pro-rich sentiment – as a very good attitude for any country.
The 6,000 drug offenders being released from prison will go back to their neighborhoods and do what they know best – drug offending.
Regarding insurance rates that don’t decline as your vehicle depreciates: Who do you think pays for the endless insurance commercials on TV? The same could be said of the attorneys who are going to get what you “deserve.” Insurance pays for that, and they can’t do it with lower premiums.
Don’t waste all of your energy on hard work. Save some of it for brilliance.
This should be Bill Snyder’s last season as KSU football coach. His diminishing capability was demonstrated in October 2014 when he violated KSU policy by endorsing Sen. Pat Roberts – albeit by entrapment by a Roberts henchman. This endorsement resulted in the re-election of an inferior senator for Kansas.

Most of the people who use the term “redneck” as an insult are not worth your time anyway.
Isn’t “UMB Bank” redundant? It’s like saying United Missouri Bank Bank. It fits with “ATM machine” and the classic “hot water heater.”
