That Democrats think Hillary Clinton would make a good candidate for president just shows how idiotic the Democratic Party is. The country is gasping for air. Putting another Democrat in office would be like holding a pillow over the country’s face.

I too am tired, mostly from listening to Republicans trying to make a crime of Hillary Clinton’s actions with e-mails and the Benghazi disaster. Many Republicans have used private e-mails to do government business, including Colin Powell and Sam Brownback.

If you believe people like the president or Hillary Clinton actually care about anyone’s safety or well-being, you are deluded. Their reason for pushing gun control is quite simple: to disarm the American people so we can’t resist ever-increasing government tyranny.

In politics the name Bush represents death, greed, poverty, corruption – take your pick.

If the U.S. took the United Kingdom’s lead on election campaign cycles of just a few weeks versus years, fewer Americans would suffer from PCSD (post campaign stress disorder).

Imagine a political party that has to grade its members on whether they are conservative enough and then can’t choose a speaker of the House.

Kris Kobach is essentially a law officer who pulls you over for nothing just to find something wrong.

If Kobach really wanted to know if there is extensive voting fraud in Kansas, why would he object to a simple count of written vote totals with the computer-reported vote totals?

Since secretary of state apparently is not a full-time position, we should find more duties, such as trash collection, or else cut Kobach’s salary.

I am retired Air Force and a Vietnam veteran on Social Security. I saw it reported that the price of gas would not let us get a cost of living raise next year. I am wondering what the price of gas has to do with my income. When gas goes up, do I get a raise?

The government is the one you have to watch out for.

No, a chapel is not by definition a place for Christian worship. The word has multiple meanings, including a place for worship or prayer separate from a church, a group of journeymen printers, and a nautical term for turning in a tight wind. As my mother would say, look it up.
