I spent last week traveling for work. Man, what a great city we live in.
I attended a gathering of thousands last weekend at the Kansas Pavilions. I met bankers, bikers, preachers, and many women and children. Everywhere I looked I saw guns, guns and more guns, since it was a gun show. I never felt so safe. Thank God for the Second Amendment.

I actually saw someone using the worthless bicycle lanes Thursday. Sadly, it was a jogger.
If KU wants to win a football game this year, it needs to find a way to get a game scheduled with the Chiefs.
I am so impressed with the wonderful coverage and pictures every Saturday in The Eagle’s Varsity Kansas section. I love the two pages with pictures from various games. The picture of the fan walking through the setting sun was stellar. I also love the full-page pictures of athletes.
