We need a pipeline that pumps water across the country much more than we need an oil pipeline.
Global warming has yet to have altered any of President Obama’s golf dates.
Ben Carson is proving that it takes more smarts to run for president than to be a brain surgeon.
Hillary Clinton said jail “was the right thing” for Kim Davis. I was thinking the same thing about Clinton – lying about Benghazi, lying about her e-mails, putting our country’s security at risk by her selfish actions. If she were a Republican, she would already be in an orange jumpsuit.

How much more damage can Sam Brownback inflict on schoolchildren before business leaders say “Enough”? Why would any company want to move here?
There are more than 300 teacher vacancies in Kansas, and almost all of them are in counties that voted overwhelmingly for Brownback. When will people ever learn?

The new airport doesn’t seem all that much bigger than the old one. You can change the building, but it’s the same people flying and the same people working there. I just don’t see the necessity. But I’m sure some people cashed in.
If you really want to stop abortion, the only way is to prevent pregnancy. Obvious, isn’t it? And that is what our Wichita Planned Parenthood does – provide women with birth control (and cancer screens). Not abortions.
Employers need to quit jerking people around and hire them.
