Obamacare has resulted in loss of plans, doctors and hospital choices. The Democrats knew this was going to happen. It was just step one in forcing everyone into a single-payer system. If elected, Hillary Clinton will push for the single-payer system she wanted in the first place.

Amid all the political ads against Obamacare, I received my health insurance notice for 2015. My monthly rate and benefits are unchanged – the first time in 19 years of paying for health care. If this is socialism, I’m all for it.

It is great the way the governor’s race turned out. Now I can quit worrying about “Becky” in Topeka getting the help she needs with her mental health from “Sam.”

The movement to allow gay marriage is fully supported by divorce lawyers, because as Kinky Friedman says, gays have just as much right to be miserable as everyone else.

My daughter called Friday from Edmond, Okla., to tell me she just filled up her car and that gasoline was $2.41 a gallon. How can it be 43 cents lower than Wichita? Someone is gouging us at the pump.
