Opinion Line (Sept. 22)

Love your Social Security check? Like you unemployment benefits? You are already living in a socialist America, and thank God for it.

We wonder if Obama is paying attention and has learned that countries can close their borders and stop people who are not welcome from coming in.

The intelligence community is asserting that the Obama administration has systematically manipulated data to further the president’s ideological and political objectives. But I am sure it would never do the same thing with regard to global warming.

Customers have grown so lazy. They refuse to look for anything for themselves, refuse to read anything. They treat store associates like doormats and inflate their sense of superiority through constant complaining.
