Empty full-size school buses driving down a residential street. There is no limit to the amount of tax money that can be throw away.


Perhaps poor Becky in Topeka is so down in actuality because of all the children she deep-down knows have been harmed by her man “Sam’s” education cuts.


So Gov. Sam Brownback thinks people are not voting for him and Pat Roberts because they are dissatisfied with President Obama? What kind of logic is that? Trickle-down logic?


Mitt Romney, a Republican, was made fun of and slammed for being a multimillionaire and called a 1 percenter. Greg Orman, a multimillionaire “independent” Senate candidate, is praised and they tell us he is a businessman. Hypocrites.


When I was coming home after being a prisoner of war in 1950, President Truman fired Gen. Douglas MacArthur. That is when I became a Republican, and I have been ever since. All I ask is that everyone get out and vote this November.


If some of you Democrats are so concerned about disaffected voters who can’t vote, why aren’t you out there helping these folks get the proof they need to vote?


Seriously, a study was needed to determine that there are barriers to people finding healthier foods? Next we’ll need a study to determine if more people use umbrellas on rainy days than on sunny days.


This Great Wichita Food Desert issue is another liberal scam to raise our taxes. Where do you go to school to learn how to make this stuff up?


Not now, honey. There’s a fishing tournament on TV.


Basically, rich people don’t do anything for you unless they get more out of it than you do. Pay that forward.


So, in 2012 in Kansas, there were 418 deaths of children already born. How about the deaths of children not yet born? Shouldn’t they be counted, too?


The director of the CDC, Thomas Frieden, is an Obama appointee (May 2009). Enough said. The physician who walked through the Atlanta airport in a hazmat suit with the words “CDC is lying” scrawled on the back has more credibility.


The media hammered President Bush for slow response to Katrina. Obama is setting the entire country up for an Ebola epidemic and the media say nothing.


I hate to break it to you Fox News and Rush Limbaugh fanatics, but Ebola has been with us since 1976. So I guess you could ask: What did Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush do about it to protect us? Nothing.


Most presidents are very open about their extended families. President Obama obviously has a lot to hide. Check out his background. It’s an eye-opener.
