Opinion Line Extra (June 2)

Thanks to all that liberals have done for us, the rebirth of the military draft will have to include all females of age, or it “just wouldn’t be fair.”

Bowe Bergdahl will never be convicted of desertion, which would further embarrass the Obama administration. The fix is done.

If you think that the current administration will have much impact on the Chinese, the Russians or North Koreans, you might want to remember what its success has been with Mexico.

The Eagle once again subjects its readers to a regurgitation of well-known socialistic talking points by some liberal faculty lounger. Is it too much to ask for some original thought from these so-called scholars? Sure looks like it.

If you leave church talking about how beautiful the service and music were, maybe you should find a minister interested in your soul instead of your money. Children have found the church to be a social organization. When they leave home, they find other social groups more fun.

Carly Fiorina headed Hewlett-Packard – didn’t do a very good job and wasn’t there long. Now she’s wishing to be president. Look out, America.

Are there any Texans who don’t believe in global warming now? Any?

I wonder if all those tea partiers in Texas realize that the disaster aid they are asking for comes from taxes.

The Weather Channel has the best of everything related to weather, but when one-fourth of the U.S. was experiencing tornadoes and flooding over the weekend, the channel was AWOL.
