Opinion Line (Sept. 29)

With Kris Kobach in charge of the election process, it’s not a two-person race, it’s a three-ring circus.

Best show in town – watching Kobach chase his tail. Oh, what a tangled web we weave.

Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt stated, “The state has a strong interest in having its laws interpreted correctly and as the Legislature intended.” So why doesn’t he advise Gov. Sam Brownback to follow the law about funding public education?
