It cracks me up to see the 80 mph speed demons on Kellogg dial it down to 55 when they nearly rear end a Sedgwick County sheriff’s officer. Slow down, people, it’s not worth the ticket or possible injury.
Don’t think that your U.S. Senators read the Opinion Line. The kind of people who would write to the Opinion Line are not the people they care about. And yes, that includes me.

It’s odd, I agree with practically everything President Trump does, and not very much of anything he says.
Donald Trump lucks the character and moral compass to be the president of this great country. World opinion of this country is at its lowest, they don’t see this country as a world leader anymore.
Self-driving cars would make the streets of Wichita much safer.
We go to movies to get away from loud commercials on TV that we have to mute. Then the movies have the same commercials only louder. That is ridiculous. We will be doing more renting of movies.
President Trump is right to boast for bringing badly needed new thinking on issues concerning low-income America. He’s already making a difference.
President Trump wouldn’t attack the press if it were fair and balanced, and not simply the mouthpiece of the liberal wing of the Democratic Party.
Before you judge and condemn another person, remember that, except for the chance of birth, that is me. Then treat them accordingly.
To the misguided soul who thinks the release of the Pentagon Papers was bad, people need to know the truth. How many more lives lost and unnecessary wars would there be without truth revealed by leaks to the press?
Could some of our problems in Topeka be caused by the fact that Kansas is downwind from Colorado? We know what they smoke there, don’t we?
If Opinion Line was a tree, what kind of tree would it be?
