Opinion Line Extra (April 21)

As with Obamacare, opposition to the nuclear deal with Iran is far more bipartisan than is the support for it. It is a horror, a bonanza for Iran and a nightmare for the rest of the world.

Anyone know where Muhammad Ali is? After listening to Obama, I think Ali’s been teaching Iran’s leaders how to do the “rope-a-dope.”

The failure of the Obama administration to be truthful with the American people is pitiful. The list grows longer every day: You can keep your health plan if you like it, the IRS is not targeting certain groups, Benghazi was caused by a video, and Bowe Bergdahl was an honorable soldier.

Remember when George W. Bush was in office? We were safe, and how easily we forget that nothing matters when we aren’t safe.

So you can’t buy underwear on public assistance but you can buy a gun? I guess the Republican plan is for all the poor to shoot one another. That’ll get ’em off the rolls all right.

Marijuana supporters are damaging one important age group in our country – our youth.

Westar Energy should be asked to replace thousands of Wichita’s trees to mitigate the damage its tree butchery program has caused.

ESPN’s Britt McHenry may want to have some humility and be thankful that she can fly around the country, stay in the best hotels and live life on an expense account while the lady she insulted works for probably minimum wage. ESPN’s one-week suspension of McHenry really showed its concern.
