Looks like the Senate interns can breathe a sigh of relief now that Roy Moore won’t be lurking around the halls of Capitol Hill.
The recent listing of the areas the new Wichita deputy superintendent is overseeing made me wonder what the superintendent will be doing.
It’s about time they did something about these panhandlers. It’s gotten to be ridiculous. Many of them look able bodied and capable of work to me. I work for my money and they should also.
Just yesterday I saw someone hand a panhandler money at West Steet and Kellogg and almost caused an accident. I sure wish the police would have been around to see it and give that man a ticket.

Dear Santa, for Christmas I would like to have at least some of the road construction projects that have been going on for months completed. I am tired of doing the orange-cone polka.
Redundancy: Sen. Roberts in a hot air balloon.
Let’s just hope the EPC Delano project won’t turn out to be another Waterwalk/Gander Mountain fiasco. If it is such a great business opportunity, why does the city have to help finance it?
Davis Merritt and Leonard Pitts have so much hatred for our president, it’s pitiful. I wonder if they have any decency in their hearts at all. President Trump is doing a great job considering the mess he inherited from President Obama.
Kudos to Donn Teske for his column on estate taxes. Elimination of such taxes is only a huge giveaway to the 1-percenters (like President Trump).
Yay, a vote for decency in Alabama. Hopefully the beginning of a return to the general direction of decency.
Back in high school, I was told it was the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. What the heck happened?
