Congratulations are due Wichita State University for its Dorothy and Bill Cohen Honors College – newly named because of the $5 million that the Cohens have donated to the WSU Foundation to support high-achieving students and faculty fellowships as well as University Libraries. Bill Cohen, founder of IMA Financial Group in Wichita, and his wife, Dorothy Cohen, are longtime supporters of WSU. Coupled with the $1.54 million that Koch Industries donated last year to create scholarships as part of a new Koch Scholars program for incoming freshmen joining the honors college, the Cohens’ generous gift demonstrates a welcome new emphasis at WSU on attracting, investing in and supporting honors-level students. – Rhonda Holman
