A huge thanks to the reporters who wrote the series on the lack of transparency in Kansas government. Now comes the big question: How do we, the citizens, correct this mess? It’s obvious that those in charge won’t do so.


Wichita police, feel free to mount some of these cameras that are in Old Town on my car. I’d be happy to be paid to catch Kellogg racers and red-light runners on my daily commute.


As a K-State alum and very much a Bill Snyder fan, it’s time for a change. He’s becoming too predictable in play calling. Reminds me of Cowboys coach Tom Laundry before he was let go. Sorry, Coach Snyder.


Kudos to the East High Blue Aces band for marching in the Veterans Day Parade and honoring our Veterans.


Accusations aren’t proof.


Vice President Pence acts just like Sgt. Schultz from “Hogan’s Heroes” when it comes to President Trump and the Russians. “I know or see nothing.”


For those who play the lottery in hopes of winning big-time, if you live in America, you have hit the jackpot.


If Roy Moore is deemed unfit to serve on the basis of accusation alone, why isn’t Democrat Sen. Bob Menendez already removed from office? It’s called double standards, as usual.


Did I really see Vietnam draft dodger Trump in Vietnam on Veterans Day? The ultimate insult to veterans. Bet he planned it that way.


We need Roy Moore in the U.S. Senate as No. 52. I don’t care what he allegedly did 40 years ago.


Contrary to the NRA, the only thing that stops a bad guy or a terrorist from getting a gun is not having enough cash at a gun show.


Don’t like tailgaters? Although not good, is it possible that you’re camped out in the left lane, going below the speed limit while paralleling another car in the right lane? Please be courteous and allow faster traffic to pass.


Liberals should be taking the hard line against mental illness rather than the NRA.


Only two more KU football games this year, and then back to “hope runs eternal.”
