No way is coach Gregg Marshall going to Alabama. (Yuck.) Mike Krzyzewski is 68 and Roy Williams is 64. When one of them retires, then Marshall will fly like a jet to a well-deserved promotion in a high-powered school in the region of the country he loves.
Why shouldn’t the coach at “Hillside High” get as much as coach Bill Self?
Yes, KU has 11 straight conference championships. How many would it have if it played in a real conference like the MVC?
I want to thank WSU fans for cheering for the black and gold. I’m sure that my alma mater, the University of Iowa, much appreciates your support. But if you want to cheer for WSU, you will all have to stick with the black and yellow (sunflower yellow, to be exact).

Hasn’t Kansas had its fill of politicians named “Sam”? Vote for Jeff Longwell for mayor. The anti-“Sam.”
Sorry, Senate President Susan Wagle, but unions (group leverage) are still needed – maybe more now than ever. An individual has very little bargaining power on his own.
I’ve asked my daughter to move her family from Illinois to Kansas. But I’ve since told her to stay put. The primary school and university system she graduated from in the ’90s is on its way to being destroyed, so there’s no point in raising her kids here.
