President Obama has more class in his little finger than all the Trumps in the world.
If they remove the statue of Gen. Robert E. Lee, what is next? Remove him from all school history books? Remove him and say it never happened, just like the Holocaust? Get a life people, it’s history.
The Confederacy lost the Civil War. Statues of Confederate soldiers should be replaced with statues of World War II heroes from Southern states who fought to defeat the Nazis.
Kudos to Chase Billingham criticizing the rush to “doll up” Naftzger Park. I would also criticize the rush to replace the baseball stadium. Baseball is no longer the draw in sports. That space could be used to supplement Century II.
To those who lament the bone-jarring ride of the old Joyland Wacky Shack, you can now drive the newly “repaired” McLean Boulevard between Lincoln and Douglas.
The news media and the world are all concerned about rioting and killing of innocent people during these riots. Maybe the only way would be to not issue a permit for any one organization to be allowed to protest.
I have heard thousands of comments about what our president should do or say, but not one that asks him what can the media can do to help like President Kennedy did. Speak up Whoopi, Anderson Cooper and Wolf Blitzer.
Yes, cannabis has several legitimate medical uses besides recreational use. But please stop lying and using the word “safe.” I was a pothead 30 years ago; you can’t lie to me. Just be honest about it, that’s all.
Rosie O’Donnell and all your Hollywood elites and comedian elites who all live the high life with tons of money and continue to bash President Trump, you can spew your hate, but you hate those who disagree with you.
President Trump attacks his enemies with lightning speed. This simple fact speaks volumes about why he did not immediately condemn the white supremacists and Nazis.
