I’d like for voting machines to be inspected and approved by both parties.


How hard is it to train someone? You can’t tell me that technology has changed that much since the downturn of the economy.

I have always thought that the futuristic design of Century II provided an interesting contrast with Old Town. If we must replace Century II, I would suggest doing so with a Century III that is an even bigger and better version of the first.


I don’t care who is president, we should allow and encourage leaks.


We have a health care system that prioritizes protection of profits over protection of patients. Is it really a surprise that we end up with the most expensive healthcare system in the world producing mediocre results?


Tax reform, health care insurance, immigration, all issues that U.S. citizens want changes, don’t seem to be even be on the Democratic Party’s interest list.


It’s becoming more and more apparent that the overwhelming majority of the members of the City Council and County Commission must own a lot of Caterpillar stock considering their solution to everything is to bulldoze it.


Why does 99 percent of everything have a bogus price of 99 cents to $9,999.99? How dumb do they think we are? Or how really dumb are we?


What purpose does the Republican Party serve today, since it can’t even repeal Obamacare? America doesn’t need two big government parties, so the Republican Party is unnecessary.


Was it really worth the $294,000 spent with a California-based consulting group? That money could have been used to upgrade or repair something at Century II.


Town hall meetings with our national representatives should be mandatory and easily accessible to all. Why do they avoid the masses?


People who think bow ties are pretentious are pretentious.
