Why are colleges’ officials involved in investigating sexual assaults that happen on campus? If someone gets robbed on campus, don’t they call the police? Why treat sexual assault any differently? College administrators should not be acting as prosecutors, judges and juries.

The streets in Wichita haven’t been this rough since its cow town days, when the streets were strewn with dried cow chips.
