What’s the point of having a number to call for illegal fireworks? No one is arrested, fined or has their fireworks taken. It’s a joke. West Wichita was like a war zone. What idiots. Now you won’t have any money to pay the bills. Oh wait, I pay those for you.

Less spending means less services. Less spending means more of the workers’ productivity going to the wealthier, instead of supporting one another.

The unenlightened really get on the nerves of the enlightened.

Stop disparaging millennials. My kids are millennials, high school honor students and WSU engineers (or soon to be). You get what you raise.

I am tired of people saying the Legislature just approved the largest tax increase ever. All they did was reinstate the taxes that were levied prior to the “largest experiment” in Kansas history. It was the right move!

We have low test scores, the state and the teachers’ union think we need more money for USD#259. How about looking at the salary and benefits we pay the administration, starting with the superintendent.

How much did the city of Wichita pay a consultant to tell us that we needed 49 more police officers? We citizens already knew this for years, and we did not charge the city anything for this advice.

So it’s politically better for Brownback “ if legislators override his veto and repeal his tax cuts?” Personal ambition and false pride trumps character and doing your job with integrity. The truth finally comes out.

Dear liberal; this conservative saved for a decent retirement, sings in church choir, donates platelets, delivers Meals on Wheels, volunteers for a halfway house for homeless veterans and leads a major service club. My life is not yours to decide!

I’ve owned guns all my life since I was 12 years old, hunting and target shooting. Not once have any one of my guns loaded itself, turned off the safety and fired itself.

The difference between Alex Jones and the media is Jones is in it for money, the media is in it for truth. Alex is the original “fake” news source. Sad that our president would fall head over heels for Jones.
