If Democrats ever want my vote again, they had better knock off their current obstructionist game plan.
Thank you to our state legislature for overriding Brownback’s veto of the tax bill. At least many of you had the moral courage to do what needed to be done to put our state on a more sound financial footing. Apparently Brownback lacked such courage. The Trump administration can have him.
Breaking Cat News needs to be euthanized.
Can you imagine if Obama had done this? But he didn’t. For eigrht years we had relative calm and prosperity, now we have the chaos that so frequently accompanies Republican administrations. Remember this in 2018 when you go vote. It’s time to change this Kansas.
The “Facts” letter to the editor on June 15 does not represent facts or truth. Conservatives are writing to the liberal Eagle less often, with the understanding we are all preaching to our choirs. Fortunately we have other means of output and input.
In response to the Opline’s June 16 writer, conservatives are to America as termites are are to wood-framed structures, eating it away from the inside out. It’s all from one’s point of view.
Civility would be a desired improvement in our political speech. Even more would be an absence of all the lies, misrepresentations, innuendo, personal insults and nasty name calling taking place during elections.
Brownback in the Trump administration? That’s a great fit; just keep him away from the budget director!
I think chiggers are at the top of the food chain. They are invisible little things whose sole purpose is to humble those of us who thought we were at the top of the food chain. Help eradicate chiggers.
My heart goes out to the family of Otto Warmbier over his death. It was nothing more than murder. My question is, why are Americans allowed to go to North Korea when for years could not travel to Cuba?
The government said Ma Bell was too big and forced it to break up. It says some banks are too big. What’s the difference with how big Amazon is getting?
