Republicans keep saying competition will drive down the cost of health insurance. I’m over 50 with a pre-existing health condition, and insurance companies are going to fight over getting my business. Right.

Love your neighbor — protect Medicaid.

I’m a moderate-leaning liberal, and I’d match my IQ against any of you vicious, mean-spirited right-wing conservatives.

Let’s make this as easy as it needs to be. If you can’t speak English, you are not here legally. If you won’t learn to speak the language of the land, you should not be allowed to be here.

I’d like to see shopping malls converted to music schools and venues and restaurants.

Each American child has a carbon footprint of 9,000 tons. Blessed are those without children, for they are good stewards of the earth.

We spend more money on defense than any other country in the world. We spend more money on education than any other country in the world. For that we have the world’s greatest military.

Sen. Roberts’ explanation for supporting the Trump(don’t)care health bill is “it’s like being in the back seat of a convertible with Thelma and Louise.” Clearly shows he is much more qualified to be an entertainer in old Joyland’s Wacky Shack than he is at voting on legislation regarding the health of all Kansans.

If you keep people uneducated and unhealthy, while undermining democracy, people will continuously vote against their own self-interests and elect people that only care about themselves.

I agree with Mr. Trump, when Russian hacking was discovered, the election should have been stopped and a full investigation started.

Common knowledge used-car-buying advice. Gulf coast cars have been in a flood. Northern states cars are rusted out from road salt. Used cars from Wichita, Kansas, have had their suspensions destroyed by Wichita’s horribly rough streets.
