The EPA and tax reform benefit who? Just look around and see who has spent millions on those issues.
Humans, especially normal Americans, won’t tolerate a double standard, but double standards apply all the time to liberals.
A very small sliver of our population is responsible for the heaviest lifting in safeguarding our liberties and way of life, and those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in that service have earned at least one day or solemn gratitude.
Give Trump a chance? With a Republican Congress he still can’t pass major legislation or confirm a Supreme Court justice without changing the rules. How much more of a chance does he need?
Eagle writer Taylor Eldridge wrote a fantastic article about Wichita South High track standout Philip Landrum and his mother Dorothy. If you did not read the article, go online or dig that Sunday paper out of the recycling bin.
President Trump needs to cancel the “Rules of Engagement,” instituted for combat areas by the Obama administration, if he hasn’t already. The lives of American soldiers are worth it.
We are free to feel as we choose, and people either like Trump or they hate him. However, we are not entitled to our own facts.
Please don’t tear down Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.
For many years, consumers who only watch 10 percent of the channels on cable TV have had to pay for all them. And the free market hasn’t changed the situation.
Turn the old downtown Wichita library into a homeless shelter.
Just think, with the old library, an ethnic fast court at each corner and in between, what else? Yes, a pawn shop on two sides and a payday loan or cash advance places on the other two. Tear down the old, build new and leave the streets alone.
Century II was depicted in one of Blackbear Bosin’s art works. He depicted what he could see the Wichita skyline being someday. Along with skyscrapers and other modern marvels of architecture, it was right there at the heart of it all. Watch Wichita cut out its heart. Sad.
