Opinion Line (March 18)

Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush both have the same problem: They both think it is their turn for a coronation.


If you or a loved one is an illegal immigrant or disgruntled minority, contact the law offices of Obama, Holder & Clinton immediately. You could be awarded a large cash settlement.


How many Americans, as well as other nationals, have to be beheaded before they revoke Obama’s ill-gotten Nobel Peace Prize? Or does it take a nuclear plume rising over a city to do that?


I am sick and tired of conservatives questioning the patriotism of anyone who doesn’t agree 100 percent with their agenda.


Republicans profess to be for local control except when locals want to do something the Republicans don’t like.


Education is not a business nor a religious institution, but we are treating it as such. If you’ve enjoyed your own education, let it be so others can do the same.


The block grants for schools are the first step in closing public schools and establishing only private for-profit and church schools. Parents who cannot afford those schools will not be able to educate their children. When that happens, street learning will grow.


It looks to me like the city’s marijuana ballot question will go to pot.


Nearly two dozen states have changed their pot laws or just made it legal. The fact that Wichita’s pot vote looks like a mess shows how backward and ultraconservative Kansans are. Open your mind to having fewer people in prison and on probation and more people in college and working.


Derek Schmidt: The people of Wichita are going to let you know loud and proud what they think about your opinion about about relaxing marijuana penalties. Remember to get out and vote, Wichitans.


After the new library has been built, they should pass out coupons for free front-end alignments for our vehicles for traveling on Wichita’s streets to get there.


Bad drivers in Finland are fined based on their income. We need to start doing that here.


Imagine that – we may be just days away from a game between the NCAA’s two classiest teams.


Jayhawks, take care of business against New Mexico State. Then show those boys from Hillside High who owns basketball in Kansas.


Congratulations to coach Jody Adams and the Lady Shocks. You rock.
