Marijuana advocates would be better off taking their initiative to Topeka, given the attorney general’s remarks that a city decriminalization law would be illegal.
If it walks like a duck and it quacks like duck, it’s most likely a duck. I keep thinking that might apply to all those who signed that marijuana petition.
Marijuana enforcement wastes millions of dollars in police and prison costs and has a lifelong impact on users who get a criminal record, including problems finding work.
The comments by the Kansas GOP about Hillary Clinton’s use of private e-mail sound to me like the pot calling the kettle black.
