Opinion Line (March 12)

Just about every municipality on the planet uses municipal court fines as a revenue stream, including Wichita. Ferguson, Mo., wasn’t doing anything different from any other city.

Hillary Clinton must have a bricklayer among her ancestors, because she sure can stonewall.

Kudos to the 47 senators for signing the letter recently sent to Iranian leaders explaining the responsibilities of that body. Obama is not the ayatollah and does not have the final say in all American affairs.

Jesus Christ, Pope Francis or President Reagan could not get elected as a county commissioner in today’s “conservative” states.

Why is it people think they can call a veterinarian office and get free advice, free food, free meds just because it’s an animal? Can you go to your regular doctor and get all those services without paying a fee?

Am I the only person to notice Ron Baker plays better when his hair is long and shaggy? Let it grow, let it grow.
