Incentives for the arts, incentives for developers, incentives for businesses. All these incentives are why we don’t have the money for streets, water, sewer repairs.

It is already legal to carry guns without specific training. Kansas is an open-carry state that allows it. The panic is just gun-control nuts trying to stop any step that favors the Second Amendment.
