To all the liberals who said they would leave if Donald Trump was elected president: What are you waiting for? Wear clean underwear in case you’re in an accident. Don’t forget to write.


Hillary Clinton received the most votes for president. Soon an elite group of electors will make Trump president. Tell us again how our vote matters.


The weird and childish reaction of many Clinton supporters to her defeat shows how the culture of “everyone is a winner, all the time” will come back to haunt us.


I wasn’t fearful about the country’s future before. I am now, very much. But even though I despise Trump, for the good of the country, I would never wish a U.S. president to fail. I hope he surprises me.


If the Democrats think it is bad now that Trump won, they should imagine eight years, like we have had with President Obama. I’ll bet in four years you are paying less for insurance and have more money in your pocket from reduced taxes. Complain about that.


Now that Republicans will control Congress and occupy the White House, we will see if they muck our country up the way they have our state.


Clinton would be president-elect if not for her secrecy in setting up her own computer server and her greed in profiting from the Clinton Foundation.


Superman needs to change his motto. “Truth, justice and the American way” is an oxymoron.


True Americans will help to put the Obama train wreck back on the tracks, not bury it.


I know why Clinton lost the election. Conservatives didn’t come out for Trump, but to make sure the Supreme Court justice appointments went their way. I hope four years of Trump isn’t too large a price to pay for that privilege.


Kansas having the worst economy in America should be a clear message to employers to get off the fence and start hiring people.


Just how convenient is it to fill your car with gas at a so-called convenience store then have to go inside and wait in line to get the receipt that you should have gotten at the pump?
