What the world and the Ukrainians need right now is a real friend like Charlie Wilson.
Would we have won World War I or II if the presidents at those times had acted as unpresidential as Obama does now? He shows no leadership at all, unless you count him leading this country to its destruction.
Look, Mr. President – either get lessons or quit golfing. Footage of that pathetic swing is an embarrassment to our nation.
The people who have voted 50-some times to repeal Obamacare thinking it would magically happen are the same ones who think tax cuts create jobs.
I think the U.S. birthrate is down because boys and girls are too busy looking at their cellphones to notice each other.
I saw in the paper that we had fewer tornadoes in 2014 than Kansas has had for many years. It has to be the fracking.
In his last State of the City speech, the mayor spoke of major issues facing his successor such as water, streets and public transportation – issues he did not address during his eight years. Remember that two mayoral candidates are on the City Council and helped create these crises.
When Gov. Sam Brownback rescinded the executive order that protected gay and lesbian state workers, he said that protection gave them an unfair status. The way his tax cuts favor some people over others is a glaring example of a law that provides an unfair status for some.
Does our governor, who is so fond of the private sector, realize that with his record, he would be fired if he were in the private sector?
Brownback must be doing the job we elected him to do, because the greedy school mafia – including teacher unions, school administrations and bootlicking consultants – run a continuous campaign of hateful comments against him.
If you like Wichita drivers, you are going to love constitutional concealed-carry. And now we can get both together at the same time. I’m sure that is what James Madison was thinking as he fathered the Constitution.
Hey, all you remnants of the ’60s, Woodstock, dumpster-diving, Haight-Ashbury, drug-consuming, free-love, pot-smoking, anti-establishment culture: Time to give it up. Grow up.
