The city of Wichita could save all its losses on monitoring garage sales if it would just do away with the fees.
Does something seem askew when you buy something, pay taxes when you buy it with money you paid taxes on, and then you want to sell it and have to buy a permit to sell it?
Naming public buildings in Wichita and Sedgwick County with little public input is analogous to a dog peeing on a post to claim kinship. It sullies the post and the named place. Let’s get fresh air.
Hillary Clinton said half of Donald Trump’s supporters are deplorable. Her retraction should read: Half of Trump’s supporters are not deplorable.
Who is Hillary Clinton to be judging anyone?
Trump talks ugly about everybody and is applauded for his frankness. Clinton calls out Trump supporters for their ugly behaviors and gets hyper-criticism. Why the big fat double standard?
Clinton calls her pneumonia diagnosis “no big deal.” She called Benghazi the same thing. Wonder what a really “big deal” would be to her?
For almost six years Trump has spewed the lie that President Obama was illegitimate. Remember the lie? He has people in Hawaii and you won’t believe what their findings.
Why won’t Obama release any of his college transcripts? Maybe it lists place of birth on them?
Apparently the NCAA and ACC don’t believe in states’ rights.
How dare a football player exercise his right to freedom of expression by kneeling during the playing of the national anthem, which honors those who fought to guarantee his right to freedom of expression.
Rep. Tim Huelskamp says either you’re with the IRS or the American people. The IRS collects revenue necessary to pay for everything from roads to defense to Huelskamp’s salary – at least until January when mercifully this yapping Chihuahua is finally gone.
Huelskamp is a jerk. No wonder he lost his election. Now he’s just burning bridges to keep from being elected in the future.
Parents, teach your Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts not to chase or bug customers. If we want to buy, we’ll come up to the table and buy.
