I was awakened Saturday morning. But instead of an earthquake, I felt certain it was the last dying gasps of the state of Kansas.


Why hasn’t President Obama offered Russia hundreds of millions of dollars for a Syrian peace deal like he did to close the Iranian nuclear deal?


Colin Kaepernick is just another spoiled kid athlete with too much money at too young an age. Why would anyone think he wouldn’t do something stupid?


We need more people like Kaepernick – people who love this country enough to courageously risk everything to take a stand (or kneel) for change.


Kaepernick is more than welcome to go play football in some other country. After living somewhere else, he may be happy to come back here and stand for our anthem.

People say Trump isn’t qualified. Hillary Clinton has taken lying 101, advanced poor decision making, graft 303, and has a master’s in paying for favors. Is that what is meant by being qualified?


Listening to a local Christian broadcast on a conservative radio station the other day, I learned another good reason not to vote for Clinton. Of all things, she’s also the Antichrist.


Many schools have dress codes for students. They should also have dress codes for teachers.

Kudos to Eagle columnist Carrie Rengers for sharing her hilarious experience on raising chickens. It was so funny I laughed until I cried.


Like ALDI, all stores with shopping carts should require the use of a quarter to borrow the cart.


The primary election is over. You lost. Pick up your yard signs. Do I need to name names?
