The victim was identified as Leisa Snyder of Altoona, Kansas, according to a crash log from the Kansas Highway Patrol.

The incident was reported at 10:35 a.m. along Kansas 47, about four miles east of Altoona in Wilson County.

Snyder was heading west on K-47 in a 2005 Saturn Ion. At the same time, a semi-truck was eastbound on K-47. Snyder crossed the center line and struck the rear axle of the semi, the KHP said.
