Former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Darren Dreifort has placed his lofty estate on the California real estate market in the much-desired city of Pacific Palisades for $8.5 million.
Dreifort, born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, was a two-time All-American and the 1993 NCAA Player of the Year at Wichita State University. That led to him being selected No. 2 overall in that year’s Major League Baseball draft, behind Alex Rodriguez.
Seems that even after retiring from the major leagues where he spent his entire 11-year career with the Dodgers, Dreifort stayed in the Golden State in his charming seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home, which he is now selling.
