Kansas man dies after pickup truck crashes into semi truck and trailer

A Kansas man died after his pickup truck crashed into a semi truck hauling a trailer Wednesday in Edwards County.

Terrance Brake, 51, of Kinsley was heading north on U.S. 183 in a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado when the pickup crossed the center line and struck a semi truck and its trailer, according to Kansas Highway Patrol crash logs.

The collision was reported around 3:15 p.m.

Brake died at the scene of the crash. The driver of the semi was not injured, the crash log said.
