Missing Welda man found dead
A missing man has been found dead in rural Anderson County, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation announced Tuesday night.
Devyn Long, 24, of Welda had been reported missing after his truck was found abandoned Saturday morning on Missouri Road, southwest of Garnett. A search party of first responders and local residents combed the area.
Long was found Tuesday afternoon, according to the KBI. An autopsy to determine Long’s cause of death is pending.
