What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?

Staff recruitment and retention. My first degree was in HR, and I plan to use my knowledge, experience, and teamwork to help push our district to be a leader in the field of public education.

What would your top 3 policy priorities be?

Employee recruitment and retention, increasing student achievement, and working more efficiently with resources.
