What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?

The top issue in Bel Aire is always street maintenance. Our roads have suffered from too many years of inadequate funding. As we find ways to reduce debt or have increased revenue that money is shifted to street maintenance. Bel Aire has gone from spending two hundred thousand a year to over a million dollars this year and next. This was accomplished by selling off land and refinancing debt.

What would your top 3 policy priorities be?

Increase spending on streets, reduce debt and reduce property taxes. The same things I have been successful in doing since taking office.
