4 terms-Park City Council
What is the top issue in your race, and how would you address it?
Park City is on the brink of significant growth opportunities, and I understand the importance of representing Park City residents in a manner that supports balanced growth, adequate funding of public safety and other municipal services that residents expect. It is important that we safeguard our small-town Park City values so we remain a vibrant community where people want to live, work and raise their families.
What would your top 3 policy priorities be?
Support infrastructure initiatives so that we are well positioned for growth opportunities and the development of the downtown plan and Echo Hills development. Additionally, I see a need to increase the funding to improve the streets in Park City.
Support enhancements to city parks, walking paths, outdoor activities (pickle ball courts, for example), etc., AND seek community support for aquatic activities (splash pad/pool) in Park City.
Stay connected to constituents. Since August, I have personally door-knocked over 2,000 residences in Park City. This has given me the opportunity to personally hear many important issues that are facing Park City residents. I am committed to being a Mayor that promotes Park City’s best interests through transparent and lean city government that engages our community.
