Candidates in Kansas: Cruz comes Wednesday, Sanders Thursday, Rubio Friday

The presidential caucuses are coming to Kansas on Saturday, and already three candidates have announced visits.

GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz is stopping off at Johnson County Community College at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday (doors open at 5:30 p.m.).

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is going to be in Lawrence on Thursday at 7 p.m. (doors open at 4 p.m.) at the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds community building, 1930 Harper St. RSVPs are strongly recommended, according to the campaign.

Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio is scheduled to come to Wichita on Friday at 1:45 p.m. (doors open at 12:45 p.m.) at the Colonel James Jabara Airport, Hangar 9, 3512 N. Webb Road.
