New Jersey’s Chris Christie to appear with Sam Brownback on Wednesday

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will appear with Gov. Sam Brownback at events Wednesday in Kansas City and Mission Hills.

Christie, chairman of the Republican Governors Association, will be going to a retail shop in Kansas City, Kan., for a public event with Brownback and to two closed fundraisers in Mission Hills before heading to Oklahoma for events with Gov. Mary Fallin.

The visit comes after the association announced Tuesday it had made a $600,000 ad buy attacking Brownback’s Democratic opponent Paul Davis.
