Read the ballot measure on abortion that Kansans will vote on in August 2022

In August, Kansans will vote on an amendment to the state Constitution, known as the Value Them Both Amendment, that if passed would effectively overturn a 2019 Kansas Supreme Court decision that found that a constitutional right to ”personal autonomy” includes the right to an abortion.
