Rare penthouse for sale in San Francisco took years to design. Look inside to see why
A home that is nothing short of extraordinary has landed on the real estate market in the City by the Bay in sunny California.
A rare grand penthouse, and the only one at The Pacific — a prestigious residential building in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood — has listed for $30 million, according to Sotheby’s International Realty.
“Conceived by the owners and their team, the residence was brought to life with an international flare after years of design and construction,” the listing on Sotheby’s said.
“The collaboration of architect Houman Sharif of San Francisco’s MEMarchitecture and interior designer Antonio Petronio of KA Design Group in Manhattan infused their creation with beauty and an orientation to the views from the interior and wrap around 2320 square foot terrace.”
While the terrace holds the majority of the elegance the three-bedroom, four-bathroom residence has to bestow, it’s not the only iridescent aspect.
Features include:
Two fireplaces
Gym
Walk-in closet
Washer and dryer
Marble flooring
Wet bar
The listing is held by Rebecca Schumacher of Sotheby’s International Realty — San Francisco Brokerage.
The Pacific was a former dental school before it was transformed into a residential building that has won multiple architectural awards, The Pacific’s website says.
