In a long-awaited ruling, the Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the federal tax subsidies created under the Affordable Care Act.

The subsidies are used by more than 6 million Americans to help pay for private health insurance, so many were watching the King vs. Burwell case to see whether those people would continue to have access to their current insurance policies.
