The record: Property information for upcoming tax foreclosure auctions by Sedgwick County. The next auction is July 10. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m., and the sale starts at 1 p.m. at the Sedgwick County Extension Center, 7001 W. 21st St. North.
Why you’d want it: To take a look at property up for auction due to back taxes.
Where you get it: Go to www.sedgwickcounty.org/treasurer. Then click on the “Tax Foreclosure Auction” link. Then click on the property listings link.
How much does it cost: The information is free.
